Welcome home! A few words to start your vacations
Welcome to Rhodes Hilltop Villa! We hope you have arrived safely and have not had a hard time finding us. Are you ready to relax and start your vacation? We want you to be comfortable at home right away. On the following pages you will find information about the check-in / check-out procedures, the rental guide, the house policies and what to do in the area,so take some time to flip through it. If you have any further questions during your stay, please contact us at any time. During your stay, think of it as your home. We hope you enjoy your time here and come back to us!
- Please take a moment and check the home for clearliness, appropriate amount of linens and anything else that would make your stay better. If anything isn't up to your standards, please report any dissatisfaction with the rental within the first 12 hours to us.
- Arrival time is as flexible as time leaving the house - but if we wait for visitors arriving that day, it will be almost impossible to offer a check out late, due to the cleaners who have to prepare the house for the guests. Please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

The house is equiped with Smart TVs, all National Channels are programmed. You can also connect with your Netflix account or via youtube and enjoy your preferable programmes.

The Hob and Oven: The hob is a four burner electric hob, and the electric oven and grill is 90cm width. When grilling please leave the door open.

Heating & Cooling: You will find a remote controller at the bedroom's side table that allows you to control the temperature of the room. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operate to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 25C which we find keeps the rooms at a comfortable temperature.

This is a smoke-free home (No smoking of any substance including vaping) as far as indoors concerning. You can enjoy your smoke at the outside area surrounding property (please keep it clean though)

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

We love animals and we chose to make this home pet-frienly. Please try to keep property clean.
