In the wonderful garden level there is a swimming pool (half covered - half not), sunbeds and poof to enjoy your bath and sunbathing, living room and dining room for 8 people for wonderful tasty meetings. On the central level, on the kitchen terrace, there is a table with chairs and an umbrella, another quiet corner for small treats.

At the central level, there are two comfortable and bright living rooms for a total of 15 people both equipped with large smart TVs as well as a main and auxiliary dining room for a total of 12 people. At the garden level there is a large, bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a large smart TV and a small gym as well as a quiet, cozy corner to enjoy a book or a table with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed).

The 2 bedrooms have (each) a double bed, spacious closets and a shared large bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, bidet and basin. The master bedroom has its own wardrobe and large bathroom with built-in shower cabin, double sinks, bidet and basin.At the level of the garden there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined in a double bed with the addition of a mattress, with a balcony door leading to the garden and its own bathroom with built-in shower with cabin, sink and basin. At the same level, in the living room there is also a sofa / bed that can comfortably sleep two people. The villa also has a very nice and minimal WC on the central level.
