Ixian Hilltop Villa is a fabulous property. The villa has every amenity you could wish for. Eva, the owner, met us on arrival with a very warm welcome and was immediately available for any questions we had. When contact she responded immediately and helpfully. The villa was spotlessly clean and is as shown in the photos. There are a huge number of seating areas so there was plenty of space for the seven of us to relax. One or two reviews criticised wifi coverage but we had no problems at all. We would all thoroughly recommend the villa There really wasn't anything we would have waned to change  

We have just returned from 10 unforgettable days at this incredible villa and honestly, it surpassed our wildest dreams. The photos simply do not do justice to the sheer size, beauty, and atmosphere of this place. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Eva is the most wonderful host you could wish for – so welcoming, kind and always ready to help with any questions we had about the villa or the local area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth really made us feel at home. The kids (and the adults!) had the time of their lives. We’ve made memories that will stay with us forever, and leaving was harder than we ever imagined. This really was the best holiday we’ve ever had, and we’re already dreaming about when we can come back. Part of me wants to keep this villa a secret so it’s not fully booked when we try to return 🤣 – but it deserves every glowing word. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re in for something very special!!  

Eva was a wonderful host, meeting us onsite and helping us to get settled in. She reached out to us when, unusually, there was an earthquake at 2am. And dropped off a delicious jar of homemade grapefruit marmalade. The beds are all very comfortable. We spent the majority of the day in and around the pool. The gardens are beautifully manicured and we frequently switched between full sun and the shade of the large tree and the large covered seating and dining area. There is a speaker system set up both inside and outside the house which you are able to connect to via wifi. The beach is just a short walk away, as are many good restaurants. We recommend Le Gourmet, just a 5 minute walk away at the bottom of the hill. Delicious food and reasonably priced, they were able to cater for both the meat lovers and vegetarians among us.  

Fabulous 2 weeks stay at Rhodes Hilltop Villa. Perfectly located to explore Rhodes Old Town, a10 minute drive away, yet numerous restaurants, bars and Ixia beach are within walking distance. The villa is spacious and very well presented, the host knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.  

A great villa with lots of space, very well equipped and a lovely pool. Peaceful location, but with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and Rhodes Town an easy taxi ride away. Eva was a fabulous host, really helpful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Thank you.  

My family and my daughters two friends are just back from an amazing weeks holiday. The villa was perfect. Had everything you wanted and more. We celebrated my daughters 15th birthday when over and on the last day she said it was the best holiday ever, and you could tell she meant it. The location is spot on. 5 mins to ample restaurants, bars and shops and only 4km to Rhodes. The Old town is a must see. Eva who owns the villa couldn't have been more helpful. Recommended amazing restaurants and beaches. We are already talking about going back with our best friends family as we know they will love it and plenty of space for us all. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a very peaceful place but only minutes away from everything you need.  

We had a wonderful week at the villa celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. Eva was a perfect host, the villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area and shaded terrace was our favourite spot !  

We had an amazing time Eva was a great and generous host I would recommend this property to everyone. The property was great it is very large, with lots of space inside and out with plenty of different areas to sit and relax. it is very modern design but also homely. It has stunning views all around the property. Everything you would need is catered for.  

Exceptional, wanted for nothing. Stunning property, towels, robes, toiletries, tea, coffee, games, TV. Plenty of outdoor seating areas with beautiful views. Eva is the hostess with the mostess. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lady.  

Beautiful villa, very helpful owner. Everything one needed was there and in good order. If anything, the photographs don't do justice to the interior. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace and watch the goats cross the hillside with their goatbells ringing! Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy to get taxis to Rhodes Town at the bottom of the hill (circa £10). The only downside is the walk back up to the villa from Ixia. It's short but really steep. Great for a cardio workout though!  

We had a wonderful holiday at Rhodes Hilltop Villa. The villa was enormous and had everything we needed and the pool was amazing. Eva was so helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa.  

Fluffy towels and crisp white linens, contemporary elegant furnishings and beautiful relaxing outdoor spaces makes this is the perfect house to relax and enjoy a well deserved break. The house is equipped with everything you could think of and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The quiet peaceful location offers sea views as well as lush green mountain views that can be enjoyed from any of the numerous balconies. Shops and restaurants are close enough to walk to or you can take a short drive into town. The lovely garden provides both sun and shade accompanied by the sound of trickling water from the pool, "heaven". The considerate and welcoming owners, Eva and Zak are the perfect hosts, who consider every need of their guests, with those thoughtful little extras you wouldn't normally expect. If I could.......... I would take this house with me to any of my future holiday destinations. Pure class! You can expect the house to be as it looks on the photos, there is no trickery here.

The Hilltop Villa Was everything we could have hoped for and more. This Holiday was extremely important as it was a chance for me to not just take my Family on an unforgettable Holiday but also take my Sister in Law and Niece away for the first time since my 16 Year old Nephew took his own life. I could not have picked a better Villa experience. From start to finish it was amazing. We arrived at Midday and were not due to be able to enter the Villa until four O'clock but the Owner Eva was happy for us to come straight there from the Airport and talked us through everything about the Villa and the local area. She was lovely. Other than shopping we did not leave the Villa for 3 days. It has everything, Space, the Views , the facilities. Everything you could want and a whole lot more. The 7 Days were unforgettable and the Villa is in a perfect location for the Airport, Rhodes Town, The Beach and local Amenities. We will definitely be coming back again. So many great Memories made. Thank you x  

Beautiful villa in a great location.  

We spend one week at the Villa. It was wonderful! Its a big house with enough space for 10 people. The poolarea is perfect for relaxing and the kitchen has a big variety of cooking tools👍🏻 We would book it definitive again!  

The house and location was perfect, but what made our stay way better was our host Eva! She helped us order food and made sure we had a great time. Me and my friends will definitely come back. Honestly I never rate vacation 10/10 but this one was definitely 10/10.  

A beautiful villa with amazing views out over the sea. Really well equipped, lots of different seating areas, high quality, fabulous pool and many thoughtful touches. Eva was really welcoming and helpful with recommendations, such as restaurants, taxis etc. Would highly recommend

We would highly recommend this villa. We (4 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful week there. The villa itself is huge and has excellent facilities. Eva, the owner, was very helpful throughout the trip. And it's a short bus trip from Rhodes Old Town, which we loved to explore.  

Wonderful house in a very quiet location yet walking distance from several restaurants and the beach. The view is amazing as there is nice sea view and also a view to beautiful hills. Several terraces, nice pool area, well equipped kitchen and several areas for socializing.  

The villa was beautifully appointed and suitable for multiple families. Very clean and easy to navigate. Elevator helped a lot. Eva was very accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries.  

Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. It made the whole holiday hassle-free.  

Amazing Villa and host, Eva made some excellent restaurant recommendations, car hire etc. Eva met us at the Villa and explained how everything worked. The villa is beautiful, it has both very good indoor and outdoor space. Their was 4 of us but would easily fit 2 families in with more than ample space. It has everything that you would need like a home from home. We had another family over for a bbq one night and the space has been so well thought out it was a pleasure to entertain.Nothing could of been better it exceeded my expectations on every level.  

Eva er en meget sød, effektiv og serviceminded vært. Hurtig hjælp hvis der opstod behov. Vi var en familie med 6 voksne og 2 børn, og vi nød husets faciliteter - især området omkring poolen. Vi havde en privat kok til at lave mad til os 2 gange. Meget lækker mad. Området omkring villaen er ikke så spændende.  

Absolutely first class highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year!! Location was amazing, perfectly located between airport and the Rhodes main town.Beautiful views of the sea, very private villa and amazing throughout. Eva and her family where absolutely amazing hosts they couldn’t help us enough.The swimming pool was amazing and the villa layout and bedrooms the outdoor seating area the roof top balcony . By far the best Villa I’ve ever stayed at. It was perfect!  

Unbelievable standard of the villa. Reality is even better than pictures. Fantastic location. Owners are extraordinary. The villa itself is experience!
